Relax – Recuperate – Regroup

The best way I find to combat tiredness or even signs of depression is to meditate. Meditating for me is like giving your brain a vacation. There’s nothing better than not having to think about anything, but if you’re anything like me my mind never manages to switch completely off. It’s like my brain always has one eye open (aside from the eyes already embedded in my head), keeping watch at all times.
