Fitness – make it a habit

I often get asked, “How do you do it? Train and eat healthy on a regular basis.” The answer is…I think of it like brushing my teeth. If I didn’t do it consistently I would feel yucky. I don’t even have to think about it now. It’s automatic. It doesn’t occur to me not to work out and eat healthy because it’s a habit I also happen to love.
