You may be experiencing an overwhelming insecurity a feeling of inadequacy or failure. This could be due to workloads or the need to get a head’ I would like to introduce you to Headspace’ a new dimensional reality coming to all stressed heads near you.
Now some may say that I’m fine I’m not stressed nor need any form of Headspace.’
Look around do you see clutter, do you feel cluttered? Close your eyes do feel your eyes jumping around in their sockets? Do you also see a myriad of colours? Are there thoughts rushing through your head? Is sitting still for long periods uncomfortable? Do you lack patience and often find yourself irritable over small things?
If you answer yes to these questions, you need Headspace’. With ‘Headspace’ there is less clutter, a calmness of the eye muscles that brings a level of steadiness in the way you look at things, your observations are fuller yet less judgemental. The thoughts clamouring for precedence are slower as you pierce them with your keen awareness.
Being still is welcoming and you are growing in peace and happiness non-doing is easy. ‘Headspace’ is not the latest pharmaceutical drug on the market, yet it is self-administered. ‘Headspace’ is not a new gadget by-product of military technology produced by Aerospace, a technology or toy company – even though I am sure all of these companies would love to harness its capabilities of neurological advancement.
‘Headspace’ is created by *SIA an ancient Afrikan term for Exceptional Insight or Insight MEDITATION amongst western practitioners a mind expanding system that allows the practitioner to experience calmness, focus and process emotional trauma, a system of awareness, openness and cohesiveness.
WHY IS MEDITATION BENEFICIAL?
Meditation supports the human system in releasing tension, providing a proficient form of decision-making, balancing our relationship to ourselves and others.
The research into meditation has uncovered that people shape their experiences of the world through their inner~world experiences. (I do this working through *RASTA or RA Intention’).
Researchers report that those who meditated for about 30 minutes a day for eight weeks had measurable changes in gray-matter density in parts of the brain associated with memory, sense of self, empathy and stress. The health benefit of meditation is well documented, with reports that meditation reduces, blood pressure and ease depression.
If the world in which you live daily is full of anger, hate, violence, constant disagreements and disruption then Headspace’/ Meditation is what you need.
Meditation aligns you into a world of understanding awareness, responsive attitude and behaviour, where communication is clearer. Meditation pays for itself all it requires is effort at the beginning. After a time this effort dissipates into effortlessness and your relaxed state becomes expansive. Once you begin you will find that meditation is a great adventure into intrepid space that is multi-dimensional.
